Where to go for breakfast in Sydney’s Hills district

10 Hills breakfast destinations for people who aren’t always going to order the Big bloody Breakfast.

There are two types of people in the world.

The ones that like routine, and the ones that thrive on mixing it up.

You only have to watch people eating out at breakfast to determine into which camp they fall. To Big Breakfast or to experiment?

The former barely glance at the menu. They cherish their bacon and their sausages, hot tomato and toast (can go either way with the mushrooms). They know what they want and they want the Big Breakfast. Every. Time.

The latter can’t fathom this behaviour. They pour over the menu and lovingly choose their meal – will they go the Kale and roast hazelnut pesto spread on seeded sourdough? Or how about the egg bruschetta? Or ... what about the Mediterranean breakfast? These folks probably Instagram their meals too.

The good news is that these two distinct types can co-exist quite happily around here. Mainly because a) Hills District cafes are crazy for experimental breakys and 2) you can literally order a big breakfast anywhere.
