It’s FriYAY again, folks and that means it’s that time of week when we get to know our Hills neighbours and fellow foodies (and drinkies 😉)

Last week, we were inspired by the Santorini (and Hugh Jackman) dreams of Sarah Johnstone, Hills District Food co-founder.

This week, we’re excited to get acquainted with another member of the Hills District Food community.

Ady is a lovely local lady who lives in Bella Vista and is married to Phil.

1. Where is your favourite place to eat in the Hills District?

The restaurants off Norwest Lake are within walking distance of our house and there’s lots of choice depending on our mood for food.

2. What is your beverage of choice?

Champagne and without a doubt Margaritas!!!

3. If you could have dinner with any 5 people (alive or dead), who would they be?

I could go the obvious option and say family and friends … they know who they are … In all honesty, I can’t decide who I would ask. Although, solving some mysteries like Harold Holt, the missing PM would be cool.

4. If money, destination and logistics were no object, what would be your best night out experience?

Heston’s restaurant before he became such a marketable brand with some great friends to share the travel and experience with … and of course but not least, my other half, Phil.

5. What music always puts you in the party mood?

70s, 80s, 90s – anything with a cool beat.
